Corporate Services and Company Secretary


The Corporate Services team is responsible for:

  • Managing the HR requirements of ENA
  • Managing ENA’s office accommodation
  • Providing company secretarial support to the Board and its Committees and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements
  • Providing ENA's IT support
  • Operating and managing the Radio Teleswitch System
  • Efficient and effective managing of ENA's finances to help ensure the delivery of the highest level of value to members
