Company Structure

ENA works at three levels:

• ENA's Board comprises representatives from each of our eleven member companies, and is chaired by Mark Mathieson.
  
  
• David Smith (Chief Executive), Alan Claxton (Director of Organisational Development), Peter Coyle (Director of Operations), Alison Heath (Director of Corporate Services and Company Secretary), Angela Love (Gas), and Andy Phelps (Director of Policy & Regulation) form the Management Team.  
  
  There are four main committes with participation from both ENA staff and member companies: Engineering, Finance & General Purpose, Regulation and Safety, Health & Environment. Each have representatives from our member companies.
  
  
• Other sub-committees and working groups devolve from these main committees. These include the Public Safety Committee, the Gas Communications Group, the DNO-IDNO Technical/Operational Joint Working Group and the Theft of Energy Working Group.
